My makeup separates?

On my chin my foundation will separate but I don't know why I exfoliate, moisturize, and I use a hydrating primer. I use the loreal true match foundation and tarts hydrating primer.

Same thing happens to me!! I don't know why?? I think it the dry skin.

Sometimes a primer can not work well with a certain foundation. I'm not sure why exactly that is tho.. You can ask Jacqueline the moderator :)

Also, my foundation looks kinda splotchy when I don't let my moisturizer and primer absorb into my skin.
