Hey Girls!
So I had this pimple on my chin a while back, like 3 weeks maybe, and ever since it went away my skin has been super dry there no matter what moisturizer I use on it. Its probably like the size of my fingertip, and it's just flaky and flakes off. Is there anything anyone knows of to make this go away? Is this like Eczema? Thanks!!

Eczema is chronic,if you have used any spot treatment on the area it may have dried it out, the skin can be still healing from where the pimples were ,try gently exfoliating and using a hydrating cleanser like cerave and a thick cream like cerave cream a plain moisturizer may not be thick enough you can also put a bit of aquaphor on the area.

I do exfoliate, I use lush ocean salt as my face wash. I rarely get zits, when I do it's one or two. So my skin is normally really good, I only get my zits around my chin or nose. I tried using like neosporin on the spot. Ugh so frustrating! :(

Don't keep using the neosporin you only want to put it on right after your pimples pop if you keep using it the skin will peel aquaphor may help more or just the thick cream.

You can also try a moisturizing oil like jojoba oil just one drop on that spot n rub it in until it gets absorbed this works for me n my psoriasis patches on my face - also I like maracuja oil as well - both absorb quickly and moisturize very intensely
