Hair issues. Need help :)

Ok in my never ending quest for amazing hair I've used lots of things. For months I've been using the sulfate free loreal everstrong thickening shamp and conditioner. But for like the past week my scalp has been very dry and flaky. Not like dandruff flaky just like gross. And not only that but it doesn't seem to really wash my hair anymore. When I first started using it my hair was amazing!! It really did thicken it up. What can I do to get my hair and scalp back to normal and can anyone suggest an amazing shampoo!? Thanks in advance :)

I don't condition my scalp. Only condition from my ears down! That's why I'm so confused :/ lol but thanks Jaclyn I'll look into that

You could use head and shoulders with the loreal like once a week to keep your scalp healthy. Healthy scalp healthy hair.
