Beautylish is not the place to ask about heathy eating habits. As for motivation to keep to your skincare routines...it's easy to slack off, but just think about it like one more thing you have to do. I like to brush my teeth after I wash my face, so that I'm sure it gets done. It also helps to remember that the more you keep to your skincare routine, the better your skin will look :)

Do some research about the consequences of eating badly and not taking care of your body. If you're healthy then be productive to stay healthy!! You'll regret it when you get sick!

1. change food habits, you can still it sweets but don't overdo it try eating fruits for breakfast and veggies for lunch with meat, for dinner eat salad/yoghurt/bread
2. do sport. if you notice your laying around put on your fav song and dance. go for a walk/run. you need to go to the store, walk or ride your bike.
3. take one hour before you go to bed to get your stuff ready for the next day and do your routine (wash moisturizing etc.) that way when you wake up you won't have to stress and won't forget stuff
4. put on some music when you do your makeup
5. buy new makeup/clothes try them out and show them off
