Hey renay! I totally feel ya, sometimes as girls especially, we just go through times where we feel unconfident. My first piece of advice would be to realize before anything else that you are the perfect you. No one else can be renay, so own who you are and know that you are beautiful even without makeup! Remember that :) secondly, I think that giving your skin a break for a day or two is always great! Our skin can get stressed out from time to time when we are constantly wearing makeup... Maybe trying letting your skin breathe and during that time, use gentle skin cleansing products and maybe try a few facial masks :) pamper your skin and maybe it will turn around :) I hope this helps!

Aw renay hunni you are a beauty not just on the outside but you seem like such a beautiful person on the inside too, the tips I would recommend for glowing skin would be exfoliating twice a week and a charcoal or mud mask once or twice a week, drink green tea as much as you can, it's great at detoxifying and that will reflect in your skin and fish oil and zinc are also really good for skin hair and nails, hope this helps but honestly you are a stunner :-)

I have a lot of body scars and battle wounds on my body that I'm still not comfortable with...even after all these years. I think we're being tough on ourselves and need to acknowledge that. That doesn't mean we lack self-love, but instead should work on nurturing and growing that love; this includes accepting that we all have flaws. So let's see how you can improve upon what you are unhappy with; shall we? :)
Vitamin C serums and creams help to brighten skin. Light peels (Dr. Dennis Gross pads) can help even out skin tone and lighten scars. A hydrating cleanser (CeraVe) and a gentle moisturizer (CeraVe AM/PM) is a great start. Sunscreen in the AM formula helps keep sunlight from darkening scars. That's a win! I agree that giving skin a breather when you're home is an excellent idea. You can apply a clay mask on your spots and I recommend Bare Minerals blemish therapy or Burt's Bees tee tree roll on for spot treatment too. Clean & Clear Gel is also highly effective. Drink green tea to detox your liver and reduce inflammation. 2 cups a day does wonders. You can also boil and cool it for a refreshing, soothing face splash. It has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties... killing surface bacteria without soap. Boost your Vitamin C, E, Zinc and Omega 3's and get your fruits and veggies on! I recommend a pure cotton pillowcase changed every 3rd day and an aloe based toner, such as Mario Badescu's. I hear Paula's Choice is also excellent. Lots of water, ample rest and a little optimism will get you through this. *hug*

Yes! You can. :) Mario Badescu has a nice C Serum. You can hit up their website and read product reviews before you go. :) Good luck.

(I also love jojoba, sweet almond and argan oil to counter dryness and give a little glow) Green Tea isn't very tasty, but it does so many wonderful things. Have fun and look at this as a new beginning. :)

I think you are still beautiful without makeup! I've been attack one year ago by an man with corrosive acid in my face.. I had an scarf on my cheek. Months later the skin doctor helps me but I always had an pigment spot so I had a lot of makeup. Now I accept it and wearing not as much make up as before.. That all because people say that they love me as I am! So my words to you love yourself as who you are your a beauty with and without makeup! (Sorry if my english is nog that good) and the tips from the girls are good!
