Your symptoms of course! Also ask your doctor about dr. Dans cortibalm because hrts the only balm that helped my lips! And take vitamin e pills

Haha! When I first got it I was worried about that too bevause I read that and honestly it's not that bad and I have a lip licking habit. It tastes a little bitter but nothing you wouldn't ignore I didn't even pay attention to it. I carried a lot of carmen around even though it didn't help that much it just felt good for cooling relief. My lips would crack!

Yes!! I just used visine (sp?) it's all healed now and I think the only reason it tore is because I didn't moisturize them until AFTER it tore! It was scary but it didn't affect my vision it just hurt and itched and was really annoying. Just keep everything moisturized and it'll be fine! My skin didn't even peel. I tried to shy away from exfoliating because I did a lil too much and ended up with a bad almost rug burn like on my cheek! Just be careful!

I would definitely use aquaphor for your lips!! It's amazing for dry areas.

Hopefully! My sister went on accutane and she was always dry and thirsty. But her skin is so much better. She still gets pimples here and there. But nothing like before!

About the whole Chapstick thing, I definitely used Chapstick brand or Carmex & I never had any problems with that. You'll just need to make sure you keep it with you constantly cuz they can get dry pretty quick.

Thanks so much Jacqlyn!😊 my sister has been talking to me about going on accutane or birth control for my acne but honestly I don't want to put my body through with that. It's a hard thing to do. And you're very brave for doing it! The results will be worth everything!
