Meh I think black shorts with a white top looks like you're trying to go formal or look like a waiter in my opinion hahah.
I like this. The colors are summery and edgy.
However if you're going somewhere hot I would say go with a lighter cardigan , the knitted one will probably be too heavy.

Depending on where the festival is and when in the summer it is, you probably won't need the cardigan although it is cute! Most places it'll be so hot and at festivals the sun is just beating down on everyone lol. 😭
