I just got changed for bed whenvi saw this tiny purply rash on the a part of the top of my leg its not raised or bumpy and doesn't hurt the other day it was itchy there but no,rash was there xx its happened to me before on my arm when I was younger but have no clue what is?? anyone know anything about it?? xxxx thanks :-)

Is it hot where you are? If so it might be heat rash or it could be shaving rash.
