Take a bit of honey, sugar, and Vaseline and stir together. Apply on lips and scrub for a few minutes. Then, either lick, or wipe off. Hope I helped :)

I wouldn't put Vaseline on my lips. Or lick it. Just sugar and honey works great. Also Vaseline locks in moisture so If your have dry lips like me I wouldn't use it.

I personally wouldn't buy LUSH's Lip Scrubs, they are pretty expensive ($9.95) for the small container. (Only 0.9 oz! :( )
I like to make my own by combining olive oil, honey, and sugar.
