My nails break too much.. I can't get the to a "long" length without have MY STUPID NAIL BREAK!
Solutions?!!

Rub garlic on them
chop up garlic, put in clear polish & leave 7-10 days, apply daily

Make sure you don't bite them or hit them on hard stuff!
Apply a nail hardener before painting your nails
Having polish on your nails actually make them stronger
Like Jacqlyn said, don't take pills. But you could get more zinc and calcium in your diet.
File them instead of cutting them. Its gentler on the nails.

Try some nail strengtheners like Essie Grow Stronger, Duri Rejuvacoat, OPI Nail Envy, or Nailtiques Formula 2. :)

Some people's nails are strong, some people's are weak.. It's something you need to accept.

Garlic really does help for me! I recently started using garlic and my nails have already improved a ton! My nails actually get much weaker and really flimsy when I have on nail polish so if yours are like that too I suggest giving them plenty of time to breathe in between manicures (when I say this I mean doing your own nails too, not just going to a salon)

Your nail enamel is weak. You need to put oil on them.
