Ways to make my eyes pop?

I have brown eyes and I know what colors makes my eyes stand out but I always use them the same way..on my waterline -_- So how else can I use blue/green etc.eyeliner/eyeshadows to make my eyes stand out? :) Pics please! And thanks girls <3.

Try putting a shimmery (neutral or colourful) colour in your inner corner to brighten your eyes. Also instead of waterline, put the green/blue eyeshadow or liner on the lower lash line to make your eyes look bigger.

Put the eyeliner all the way around your eye and wing it out then just add mascara :) (I know her eyes aren't brown but still)

Color on your water line or gold in your inner corners. I like to apply it with Vaseline.
