My hair is very curly but my problem is that it becomes so dry and frizzy wen its dry. its towel dry in the pic but I want it to stay as it is on the pic. how?. I don't like my hair curly because it looks so dry and not all my hair have curls. there are some that is not just right.

My problem is if I pot a balm or lotion it makes it oily if I put a spray my hair becomes tooo dry.

Your hair is dry and frizzy because it lacks moisture. Don't dry your hair with a towel, instead plop it with a t-shirt or buy a micro fiber towel. When you put your conditioner, DO NOT wash it out, as your hair lacks moisture. Try to invest in sulfate, paraben, and silicone free shampoos because that strips your hair of your natural oils and creates frizz. And don't wash your hair everday with shampoo, but instead once a week. And co-wash (conditioner washing) the rest of those days. You don't need products to get it to be healthy and frizz-free. Trust me. Curly hair just asks for moisture, and if you give that to them, it will be healthy and frizz-free.

Andreina's advice is spot on!! Its what I practice in regards to my curls. Just looking at your pic I see nothing but thirsty curls since there is no bounce to them.

Thank you:). andreina c. I will follow with your advice. and thank you all. for your advice. shelley w. your hair is what I want my hair to look like. I have afro. and I don't know how to handle it. I'm the only one in my family that got this hair type. I lovw it but it doesn't have any life in it.
