A French braid probably won't be best because I need to do it in about 2 or 3 mins but thanks.

I would say a messy high pony, tbh it doesn't matter about what hairstyle you do for gym~ as long as it keeps hair outta your face! There's no trick to this literally just scrape your hair up and fasten, honestly <3.

For a rope braid, just gather your hair to the side and separate into 2. Then twist both sections individually but in the same direction, afterwards get your 2 sections and twist them together but the opposite way you individually twisted them. So if you individually twisted them to the right, twist em together to the left. This takes me under a minute, seriously just practise technique the night before :)
