Break open vitamin E capsules and apply the gel directly to the sunspots. The same properties that help fade scars also help to fade sunspots or use aloe vera gel on them :)

Using Aha exfoliater and vitamin C serum help with hyperpigmentation and there are also brightening peptide serums Isomers C stem serum and Isomers dark spot liberator work well along with spf 30 daily

I have a spot so deep that I can't fade completely. I was told I would have to investigate laser treatments. But what Traci suggested is what I use to take care of my hyperpigmentation and as a form of current upkeep. Daily spf use is a must as sun exposure just makes hyperpigmentation worse.
