Nose Piercing Help?

I've had my nose pierced for over 2 months now but in the past week I've noticed a small bump beside it. its like a lump of skin because no liquid comes out of it but I looked it up online and it said to sea salt & warm water washes but I haven't noticed any improvement yet after doing it twice a day for the past 5 days. does anyone know any other ways to get rid of this please?

I had that the first time I had my nose pierced and at that time I had money to blow so I just took it out and it went away within a week then I got it repierced but the sea salt solution should work if you continue using it, eventually it should dry the bubble up and it'll fall off like dry skin would.

Just keep cleaning it 2x a day, until you start to see an improvement, sometimes it took mine 2 weeks to improve at all :) so don't stress

I use tea tree oil from the body shop because I have the bump on my nose piercing and it always helps.
