Just try all three. Selsum blue worked awesome for me when I had dandruff. I tried head and shoulders but it didn't work for me.

My dad uses "Clear men" shampoo as well and it works really well. I started using it (yup the manly version) as well during the winter because my skin and hair was dry too and it actually did a good job of keeping away the dryness on my scalp and not drying out my hair :) hope this helps

That cleat shampoo colleen suggested it great! It worked wonders for me cause I have a horribly dry scalp.
