What colors (from manic panic) would I need to buy in order to get this color (or a color very very similar to it)

Unfortunately, none. You'd have to mix your own color since that photo is photoshopped. I've seen that same photo with blue, pink, green hair.
But I'd recommend special effects over manic panic. But I don't recommend ion brand. It stained my hair really badly and I couldn't get the faded color out, even dying it over didn't work. I had to cut it off. Where as manic panic will eventually fade, mine usually lasts two months or so before I need to redye, and if I want to change the color to get it right, I can easily do that.

I'm pretty sure they sell dyes of that colour already.. Unless you mix a dark red and purple.

@alyx do you know what colors I would have to mix?

I agree with Jacqlyn, it's unfortunate that it will not be exact, but it could still look very similar if you pick the right shades of colour

Your best bet is to show up to sallys with the picture and ask the lady

It's more about experimenting, unfortunately. But that color is a good base, you could try mixing in different colors. But I've never tried to get that color, so I'm not able to tell you exact.

My friend Jen used the Megenta that is the Ion brand a few ladies have suggested. She put it over her dark brown and it looked beautiful, a darker version of the color you wanted. Not sure how it would turn out on lighter colored hair but my guess would more vibrant and more close to the one you want. I'm not a colorist by any means so I'm just guessing lol but it's prob what I would do to attempt to reach that tone. Be extra careful bleaching though if you decide to that, you don't want to ruin your gorgeous healthy hair. If your able it is prob best to hit up a salon. Good luck doll face💋💕
