I'm going to a concert on Thursday. It is indoors and not too fancy, but at the same time I don't want to be super casual. I wanted to maybe wear these shorts but I don't know what to wear them with...they are high waisted and super comfy. I also wanted to wear my red lipstick.. any ideas??
