Long Lasting Liquid Eyeliner!

I need a long Lasting liquid eyeliner I had loreals carbon gloss but it just makes me have panda eye =(
Also if u can recommend tips or a good water line eyeliner

For liquid liner I use Wet n Wild..though I never tried it in my waterline. For the waterline I use Urban Decay in Perversion...a super black pencil liner.

The UD does it leak? I find even the water prof give me panda eyes

The UD I use is a pencil....if I go heavy handed with it will give me that dreaded panda look you mention but if I'm light with it I face zero issue
