Use a whey eyeliner in your water line and a sparkly color In your inner corner :)

Don't use dark colours around your eyes: Laura geller did a natural eyeliner which went well on the water line and made my eyes appear larger not sure if it's still available. A think a pink lipstick would look cute on you.
