@myriah here are my best tips for curly hair growth/maintenance... 1.) develop a high moisture regimen (i.e, ,sulfate-free shampoos, regular cleansing and deep conditioning with product lines designed for curls: CurlJunkie, Jessicurl, Curls, MixedChicks etc.) 2.) low manipulation styling (reduce combing/brushing, work with fingers! eliminate or reduce heat styling, work with natural texture and color as much as possible).
Also, leaving a bit of your conditioner in your hair after cleansing will help your curls pop and form. While they are damp, try to keep your hands out of them--or else it's frizz city!

I have curly hair 😏 I use coconut oil a day Im not gonna wash my hair, put it on the roots and scalp and leave it overnight, the other day you will just rinse it off, it will make your hair healthier and a healthy hair has faster growth, DON'T use hot curlers, hot water, hot irons, nothing hot at all, use shampoos without sls (sacylic acid), take biotin pills and cut onion in really little pieces, and put it in your shampoo (it has the worst smell ever) but I gurantee you it will help your hair grow so much!
