I have a similar top excepting the collar and the pockets that I got from vero moda..I sometimes pair it with skinny khaki trousers and white pumps..looks good :)

I wear mine with a navy blue skinny jeans. you can also try a pencil skirt like this. I want to try mine with bright fuschia or deep purple color!
