I bought this dress a few months ago, for my prom at the end of the month. I'm not sure what jewlerry to wear or how to have my hair? (Considering my hair is naturally thick, a little frizzy & curly blonde. The belt alternates in colour depending on the light it is in. I really need help!

For jewelry, look up elegant costume jewelry. I would wear silver or whatever looks best with the shoes. Also Charming Charlie has great inexpensive jewelry and clutches (believe me, you'll want one to put all of your junk in for that night lol)
