So today I was out in the sun for about one hour, but I used sunscreen. It was a 30 SPF and still got a tan. How can I get rid of it? Any ideas.

You could try using an exfoliating body wash or a loofah. Sometimes my tan comes out uneven, and that's how I fix it.

You think that will make it go away?

I use SPF 50 still I get that tan.. I use a mixture raw tomato juice and yogurt every alternate day. I make a paste, apply on clean skin, let it sit for 15-20 minutes, then wash it off with plain water... Tomato had lycopene in it which is a natural tan removing ingredient. Yogurt has deep cleansing properties.. Hope it helps :)

I will have more kiwi or citrus, I heard Vitamin C helps skin get brighter.

Tomatoes contain citric acid, that is responsible for the lightening. Lycopene is one chemical responsible for tomatoes' red color. When eaten, Lycopene is an antioxidant. That tomato-yogurt paste doesn't have as strong a concentration of citric acid, so it *shouldn't* cause issues, but be sure to protect yourself from the sun because citric acid is photosensitive and will cause burns.

Never use lemon or other citrus fruits on your skin, they are too strong and will damage your skin.

Vitamin C can help brighten your complexion, but it won't significantly lighten your tan. The only real way (that doesn't involve dangerous chemicals) is to avoid the sun. Wearing a high SPF sunscreen, wearing long sleeves/pants, wearing a large hat, or carrying a parasol will help. The tan you already have will fade in time, if you avoid further exposure.
