How to arch your eyebrows??

So I really want a higher arched eye brows, and what I have been doing is plucking the bottom and just letting the top grow, is that what you are suppose to do and how can I make it less noticeable, because I have dark eye brows.

You could always try filling them in like they have an arch or you could you could just tell the person
that does your eyebrow to give the shape to you

There's a certain place where your arch should be, but of course its entirely up to you where you want it. This photo shows where your arch should be (line number 2). The best way to measure this is to take an item such as an eyeshadow brush, or a ruler, anything that would be long enough and put it in the same position as the photo, then mark it off with an eye pencil.

You also need the top to arch a bit so just plucking the bottom won't help. I think you should give them some time to grow back and get it done professionally.
