Me personally I have that same exact problem so I honestly just don't wear jeans really. I usually stick to leggings or I find that older/vintage jeans that are high waisted hug me perfectly. But getting them tailored is a good suggestion. I know that's what Kim Kardashian does.

Haha britanny that's what everyone tells me..but its really not great..its a pain in the butt ( no pun intended) to find anything that fits..I was hoping to avoid having to get my pants tailored but it looks like that's what I'll be doing.. thanks ladies.

Thanks Jennifer..I think that since I'm also really short high waisted jeans make me look like super weird but maybe I need to look around for the perfect pair.

I have the same issue. This may sound weird but I've had goo luck at Burlington coat factory. Maybe if you shop somewhere that caters to a more curvy woman you'd have better luck?

I believe there was a brand that caters specifically to this issue; I think it was called Apple Bottom. I don't know if they are still around, might be worth a look.

I have that problem with American jeans so I gave up on American companies and buy strictly Brazilian jeans and I haven't had a problem since and I don't get that annoying gap above my butt anymore.

It's not that difficult to find jeans for me but anything that fits my thighs and butts it's loose on my waist. Belts fix the problem though. I hope you find some jeans that work for you :)
