Where are the best places to get eyebrows done and what would be the best way (waxing, plucking, etc,)?

Plucking takes time but you can do it yourself.

The best places are going to depend on your city, so I would try doing a search on yelp. Even then the place may be good but there may be one person in said place who's the best at it. For example, my mom only gets her eyebrows and nails done by one person in a salon, she will wait if he's busy.
But the best way is personal preference. I normally do waxing but I did threading last time and it seems to last longer. I pluck to clean up though, but other girls do different things.

Waxing. Feels less painful and gets it over with fast. Nail salons hair dressers are good places to go.

Threading is my personal favorite. Waxing damages skin over time and threading gives a precise shape. With wax they can't be spot on. I've waxed twice and hated it and I'm always more than happy when I thread my eyebrows.

Threading is much better. Waxing can cause scarring and is more messy and expensive. I've seen waxing go as high as 60 bucks. I've never seen threading over 14.

I've only heard good things about the benefit brow bar. I just recently started to pluck my eyebrows, but before that I had them threaded & it wasn't bad :)
