Chapped/Dry Lip Treatments?

I have extremely dry and chapped lips. when I wear lipstick it looks odd because my lines show through, so I almost always have to wear lipgloss which I do not prefer over lipstick. any treatments or conditioners to fix my problem?

I have that problem periodically, I put moisturizer and lip balm on my lips during the night. It really helps.

Tip 1: one teaspoon sugar and one oil. Mix and BAM! Lipscrub ;)Use three times a week.
Tip 2: use cowshed lipbalm! It js the only lipbalm that works! EOS works either, but cowshed works like 10000000000000000 times as great! If you don't have cowshed, you can apply udder ointment. Sounds weird, but in udder ointment are different things that make wounds on the udders disappear and make the udders soft haha.
