The best thing I can suggest is to really look after your skin now. Moisturise well, rubbing in circular motions and exfoliate in the shower. Bio oil is also supposed to be really good.

I've discussed this in detail with my derm and unless you catch them while still red, there's little you can do. I've tried everything and learned to just love the skin I'm in. You can slightly fade them when new, but aside from that, they're here to stay. If there was a magic cream or oil to banish them, no one would have them. :/

You can get laser treatment and peels to ruduce there size and improve texture.
