Our hands have a rough time and our nails: all the chemicals we come in to contact with without even realising (cleaning products) we use our hands and nails to rip things apart... I think you get the picture.
What I do to take care of my hands is I moisturise them day and night. I use a cuticle cream on my nails: I also buff my nails and cut my cuticles (the dead bits I mean) and (with my job) I do a lot of cleaning so I use a lot of cleaning products so I always put gloves on to protect my hands. Remember to file your nails aswell (not with a metal file though as this causes heat and damages the nail!)

wears gloves when I do chores.. I should start taking care of them better. maybe that's why my hands are dry and wrinkley! oh and I didn't know that a metal file does that! thanks so very much for the tips and info kira-Louise! appreciate it ❤️

As for the dry wrinkly hands, are you outside a lot? You should probably consider using sunscreen because it's been said that our hands age faster than our skin.
