Please help me choose a new hair color!!

I'm getting my hair done this Friday and I want something different. I always do highlights but think I want to go with just one color all over, like a reddish brown. I try to figure out my skin tone to determine what colors I can pull off but somedays my veins look green, other days blue, and even purple at times; so I am guessing I'm nuetral. Opinions appreciated-thank you!!

This might be out of your comfort zone, but I think teal or turquoise would look really good on you.
