No. it won't damage your hair. but it also won't dry your hair. cold is meant to set your hair.

When I had longer hair I actually sat in front of a fan and brushed it as the fan dried it lol. It's healthier for your hair but takes waaaaaaaay longer to dry it!

Doing anything to her hair can damage it silly, but cold air is better than hot air. and DONT BRUSH YOUR HAIR WHILE IT's WET! when our hair is wett then it's more likely to get damaged. look it up if you don't believe me.
