I use Klorane face and eye makeup remover :) I got it from a high end drug store but I'm sure you can find it at any drugstore :)

Coconut oil works really we'll plus it's not super expensive and really good for your skin(:

I use oil, but Lumene and Ponds are both effective and inexpensive.

Neutrogena. That one or targets cheaper version of it is good. Only $5ish. I shake product and then put some onto a cotton pad, remove makeup, then wash off face to get remaining off. Not that you needed to know that.

I usually use cliniqe eye makeup remover for eyeshadow, mascara, and other stuff around the eyes.
