Good Foundations to Conceal Redness?

I have redness in my cheeks, and I was wondering if there were any good foundations to conceal redness, because my cheeks always gain the redness back a couple hours after I put on my foundation.

Smashbox has a green colored primer which neutralizes redness.

Kat Von D Foundation is really good as far as coverage goes. Green concealer helps but you have to apply regular concealer over it so its not obvious. I would try Eucerin Face Wash because it really helps calm redness or CeraVe is good too. And use a good moisturizer as well, I like CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion (am) and Cream (pm).

I have used the L'oreal Green Primer on the areas needed. And I believe Nyx and Elf have redness primers but I'm not for sure.
