Rimmel stay matte is brilliant if you're prone to oily skin, I also really like NYC translucent loose powder :-)

If you are looking for a powder with coverage or a powder foundation, I'm also a big fan of the original Bare Minerals. I don't recommend it for acne prone skin, but it's great otherwise. If you are looking for a setting powder, the Elf HD Powder is beyond incredible. It is comparable to the MUFE HD Powder. It fills pores because of how finely milled the powder is, and keeps makeup all day. It's transclucent too, so it will go with all skin tones. Not to mention, it's $6!
