I dunno if she contoured,but I can see a bit of blush,a light cool toned pink lipstick,eyeliner along upper lashline and lower lashline/waterline.(maybe smudged out on the lower lashline)

It goes on thick and a bit downwards..like how you do a cat eyeliner.She's also squinting in this pic so you hv to consider that! She prbbly didn wing it out but smudged it on the lower lashline and brought that to the upper lashline.You also might want to apply 2 coats of mascara on the lower and upper lashes!
