A good old fashion trim is the best way to get rid of them followed by all the great shampoos and conditioners as a prevention measure. Split ends aren't going to magically mend on their own....they'll just travel further up the hair shaft.

The only way to really get rid of split ends is to trim your hair products only hide your split ends for a while!

Honestly I just use olive oil that I got for like $2. I put it on my ends and let it soak in for like at least 10 mins before I get into the shower, and so far it's been great in repairing my hair!

There is no way to heal, repair or mend split ends, the only way you can get rid of them is by trimming, and you have to do it quick before the split goes all the way to the root. Products that claim to mend split ends are lying, what they do is disguise the problem with a special conditioner that makes the split ends 'stick' together without actually healing them. Once you get a trim, use hydrating and repairing products to prevent split ends, pro naturals argan oil is great at this and makes your hair stronger, I use it all the time.

I agree with Melissa ^. All those split end menders are bogus. A good trim is always the best solution. You could try using an oil on your hair to prevent more split ends, those work. You can always prevent them.

You can not get rid of Split ends with a product. Once they are damaged, its damaged. The only way to get rid of them is regular trimmings.

I agree with the ladies who have said this before me, you can't repair split ends sadly only a trim will get rid of them, however there are products out there that tame them a bit but its best to snip em' off so they don't keep splitting up the shaft :)
