The one way I dealt with my purging process is by telling myself that it's only temporary, and that these breakouts were going to be gone soon, and I pretty much said that they don't define me, and that helped me out a lot. Also? Make sure you apply your CeraVe twice a day because your new meds are going to dry out your skin , because that's just how many acne meds work! Also try to wash your face at least once a day! Use a sunscreen too, to help protect your sensitive skin from the harmful rays! Good luck! 🍀

Not sure if it will make a visible change but, eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies instead of fatty foods with unneeded grease and what not

Of course Jacqylyn , I'm glad I could help, even if only a little! I really like the coppertone baby sunscreen (pink bottle) SPF 50 or 70 ( I own Botha hahah!) but they are great for sensitive skin! Thank you for being so helpful around Beautylish!
