it depends on your state. every state has different hour requirements in order for you to get your lisence. so that factors into price. if you go to a cosmetology school im sure they have financial aid and or payment programs. i know the local ones around where im from has those things. I went to a vocational school so it was free. however i have to go back and finish up my hours. once youre out of high school its no longer free and i have to pay $10 an hour. so im lookin at $840 to finish up my hours. but even the vocational school is allowing me to make payments. Hope this helps
