I love the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette. It has a nice selection of matte colors in it as well. It's mostly neutral but it has a couple fun colors in it.

IT cosmetics has a completely matte and neutral pallet if you're looking for something like that! ULTA for sure sells it, not sure on Sephora. Also check out TheBalm's pallets, many are matte as well! Good luck!

You can customize your own palette to what you want. They have a huge array of colors and different types of eyeshadow types (matte, shimmer, AMC (it' slike sparkly but matte), satin etc...) each eyesahdow is 10 each in Australia. I don't know how much in USA. Maybe even cheaper. Below is a picture of some of the colours offered

Your welcome Alexis. it's called the freedom system eye shadow palettes? I believe :S they also do it for blushes, lipstick, concealer, face powders etc. I'm a big fan hahaha! I just hate having to waste 70 dollars on a palette for only 2 or 3 favorite colours. and then get all these colours i would never imagine of using :)

Alexis, I own many Inglot eye shadows, have multiple 20 palettes. They are phenomenal! The pigmentation is outstanding, they are really affordable and if you specifically want matte shades: they ahve a ton to choose from!

I love my Stila In The Know palette :) It's all matte shades, whereas most of their other palettes are very shimmer-heavy...I love my In The Light palette, and the shadows are absolutely gorgeous, but sometimes you just need some mattes!
If you can, definitely consider the Inglot Freedom System palettes - that way you're guaranteed to love and use everything (unless you pick a few shadows on impulse and end up not liking them, which I have definitely done from time to time...)
