Maybe you need a primer? it's summer time so it's easier for makeup to melt off.

I have this exact same problem however mainly during the summer & it's such a pain! So yesterday I tried a primer before the foundation & it made such a difference my make up lasted allday & had a flawless look to it :) made me feel so good!! x
