Hey there!
So after listening to all my friends rave on about the Naked collection by Urban Decay I decided to try out a couple things. The reviews are long due!
Naked 3: I got the Naked 3 eyeshadow palette when it first came out in December. I am very very picky about the colour of eyeshadows that I wear and looking at the palette they seemed ideal for me.
Pros: This palette will last you AGES. I've been using it very often since December and I've barely made a dent in any of the eyeshadows. The range of colours is lovely, and the packaging is great.
Cons: the pigmentation could be much much better. If you just apply it without any prep most of the colours will not be very visible. What I found is that wearing a primer and dampening your brushes a bit will truly bring out the awesome colours in this palette.
Naked Flushed palette:
I bought this because I don't really have much experience with contouring and highlighting ,so I didn't know which products to get. So on a whim I just decided to get a palette with all of it at once. First section is a bronzer, second is a highlighter, and third is a blush.
Pros: This highlighter tho. It is sooo shimmery and gorgeous and I've received many compliments on it. The bronzer is not too strong which means that it's easy to build up and blend.
Cons: The blush is not that easy to work with. I personally find it slightly hard to blend and I can never get the right amount of it on.
All in all these two palettes are very good, but not a must have.
Just thought I'd share!

I agree with the pigmentation on the naked3, they could be much better.

I agree I love the Naked 3 but I would use it so much more if the colors had better payoff
