Coconut Oil on your hairs ends is a great way to seal in moisture. I occasionally apply it and put a cap on for a few hours, then wash thoroughly and rinse out, using a light conditioner to finish with. I also use coconut oil for shaving my legs, making lip and body scrubs and to remove eye make up as well as on my lashes to keep them from getting brittle.
Jojoba is wonderful for sealing moisture in your complexion after a shower or washing your face before bed. I also apply it to dry patches, such as my elbows or knees.

I personally avoid applying coconut oil to my roots as for some people it can cause strand loss. Good luck and enjoy!

I use Coconut Oil with Castor Oil as a hair mask. I apply it liberally onto my hair and put on a cap. I usually do this on days that I am at home and wash it out at the end of the day.

You can mix together a spoon of Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Avocado Oil.
Heat them up indirectly by heating up a cup of water, and in another separate container make your mixture of these oils and place that separate container into the container filled with hot water for a couple of minutes until the oil is warm enough.
Apply these to your hair. I do my oil treatments three times a week.

My skin care routine includes Jojoba oil which is non-comedogenic. I usually apply a layer right before I put on my moisturizer. Afterwards whatever is left over on my hands, I apply to my nails. Jojoba Oil has definitely helped my nails with conditioning and in terms they are stronger which allows them to be longer.
Feel free to apply a bit of Jojoba, Avocado, or Coconut Oil to your hair before bed.

Avocado Oil is Mildly Comedogenic so feel free to use it as part of your skin care routine. However, if you are acne prone I would make sure. Coconut Oil is moderately comedogenic and should not be used on the face. These non-volatile natural oils, especially Jojoba which mimics the skin's sebum, are great for both dry & oily skin. It can help with dry skin and it can help balance out oil production on oily skin. ( Like dissolves like - So oil will dissolve the bad oil your skin produces. )
Jojoba oil enhances the skin's barrier repair properties and ability to heal from damage, it also can help with sun damage which is great.
