No idea about the sephora brand but the Neutrogena skin clearing was terrible for me. it made me break out even worse and it smeared off so easily, no lasting power at all.

Sephora is a hit or miss for me n their products - sometimes I break out n sometimes I don't - my fave oil free noncomedogenic brands include MUFE, Clinique, Estée Lauder and kat Von D so check those out for sure oh and coverFX and tarte - none of those brands have broken me out personally.

I tried a sample of the sephora one, and it was good. They didn't have my shade in stock the next time I went in so I didn't buy it, but I would have. It wasn't my favorite, but my usual foundation is 50$ so I was trying to cut down on prices lol.

I can tell you that neutrogena just doesn't cut it. Looks.. Wrong. Lol don't waste your money. Honestly, I've tried a lot of neutrogena's foundations and powders and none have impressed me at all.
