I havent tried those liquid ones but want to because I have dry skin and some times using powder products makes my face look too powdery so which one would you recommend?

For liquid highlighters I'd stick with benefit. the watts up jacqlyn showed, or high beam for a lighter highlight. I personally like a more golden bronzey highlight so I use sun beam instead which is gorgeous.

@Kimberly - I have medium skin tone btw..should I get the watts up or sun beam?

Both are lovely. the watts up is more of a pearlescent very light highlight where as sun beam is literally a bronze goldish highlight so it really comes down to preference :) they're both beautiful though. I personally prefer sun beam because of the gold glow though :)

Also the watts up is a stick and finishes more like a cream. the sun beam is more like a liquid, a bit more runny than watts up so that might be a preference to consider as well. to me it doesn't make a difference honestly though.
