Ok, so who has tried the lemon juice as a hair lightener? How fast are the results, how much do you need to use, and how was your expeeience. Yes, I'm aware that lemon juice dries out hair, I'm just curious to how the lightening process worked for everyone... thanks! :)

I did it once and to be honest I didn't really notice much of a difference and it majorly dried my hair!! It does also sting quite a bit
It might work for you though let us know x

I use it sometimes in the summer. I squeeze the whole lemon mostly onto my front piece of hair and on top then wait until it's dry. Then I wash it out and apply a LOT of conditioner. It works really well for me if you use it a couple times a month.

Its going to be a very gradual and natural process but yes, lemon juice lightens hair and takes the brassiness out of blond hair. just make sure you use a deep/heavy conditioner after every treatment.
