Thanks so much Traci I was hoping you would answer. I see you answer a lot of questions on skin care and what to use. I'm going to try those items. I know they sell everything else you mentioned wal-mart, but do they sell cerave there as well?

Personally I avoid any and all products containing alcohols and a lot of artificial ingredients (which are most products in general drugstores). Alcohol in skin care products can actually trigger your skin to produce more oil (and irritate your skin with reddening, overydrying or breakouts). Gel cleansers I find work best. Try Michael Todd Organic's Charcoal Detox Cleanser or Gabriel Organics Red Seaweed Purifying Cleanser. http://www.michaeltoddtrueorganics.com/product-type/trial-travel-samples/trial-size-charcoal-detox-cleanser.html
Eileen Mai also carries a great organic cleansing gel...

Both are formulated for oily skin and contain natural, gentle ingredients that help safely purify skin.
Make sure you wash your face no more than 2-3x a day.
(Overwashing can cause your skin to produce excess oil as well).
Stay hydrated with green tea and water, vitamins/supplements (like Vitamin C, A and lycopene) and eat water-rich fruits and veggies to improve overall skin tone and help skin stay radiant, healthy & balanced naturally.
