I like the idea but I don't like it on the top. Maybe you should try putting it on the bottom of you eye instead with black mascara.

I like it but if you add just a really thin line of black alone the lashes your eyes will pop :)

With your skin tone it's not really doing anything/ popping like others mentioned. All you need is some eyeshadow :) or yes put the purple on top of black liner.
