My stylist uses Pravana. With 30% developer, you're going to see dryness. Are you currently using any natural oils, hair masks or deep conditioners? A leave in conditioner? Are your ends split?

(it should NOT feel like grass with 30% though)

I'd try Aussie 3 Minute Miracle and "It's a 10" leave in conditioner with Keratin. My own personal favorite deep conditioner is Pureology Hydrawhip. I also use a hint of Apricot Oil or Argan Oil on just my very ends after styling. The Coconut Oil is a great start.
