There are cellulite lotions/gels out there made by Nivea and st.ives that are pretty cheap but they only reduce the appearance - the best way to really get rid of it is to build muscle in that area so do some weight training for that specific spot - also bananas are good for reducing water weight which can sometimes lead to cellulite as well - for stretch marks they will heal on their own but how long it takes depends on genetics and her personal skin type - they are basically scars and how they heal depends on your body - what worked for me was mederma and exercise - since mine was due to rapid weight gain losing the weight really made the red marks go away - but you will always the little indent scars unless you go to a plastic surgeon for removal - I still have a bit of both cellulite n stretch marks but at this point I don't really care since no one ever sees them besides my hubby n he loves me n thinks I'm beautiful so I don't care too much about them anymore but that's just me.

I've hade cellulite since I was 10! And I have stretch marks all over. Like if I had had a baby, but I haven't.
Against cellulite, Diana is right. Exercise! Nothing better. Say good bye to sodas for ever. Even the light ones. Drink lots of water and exfoliate like crazy. For stretch marks, sorry to say that there isn't much one can actually do once they're already there.
I don't really care anymore. But it used to bother me a lot. Now I just don't give a damn!!
